Ballerina Basics

We took our first trip last weekend for our 12 trips in 12 months 2017 goal, it was a fun filled weekend for the whole family! Which you can check out right here! First I want to share my go-to outfit right now!

These black cropped pants are GAP & just so amazing! I thrifted them a few months back and have become obsessed with them recently, so much that I’ve been hunting them down in store!

And my stripped black & white tops collection has grown at a rapid rate. I seriously just can’t say no to a great striped top! Paired with a thin sweater is great for when you just aren’t sure what the weather will be like, super light layers is what I’m all about.

But the thing that makes my outfit different each time is that I can wear any crazy shoe I want, these ballet pink shoes were so hard to photograph but sure got a lot of attention. These AMAZINGLY cute flats that lace up, were beyond comfortable for an entire day of walking, climbing, running and general mom stuff while sight seeing (we logged close to 9000 steps according to the hubbies phone).

Sweater: Zara (similar)
Shirt: Ann Taylor LOFT (similar)
Jeans: GAP (similar)
Shoes: Newport News (similar)
Backpack: Fawn Design (here)
