While brain storming on a gift guide I wanted to compile for the holidays with uncommonGoods, I thought back on last Christmas. It was Christmas Eve & our neighbors left a gift at our front door for us. WHAT?! I didn’t get them anything, they had just moved in & I had that “OH, SHOOT!!” moment. I scattered and regifted something that we had just received, but man I felt silly for not having a few gifts on hand for a moment like this!

So this year I’ve searched out my favorite gifts from uncommonGoods to have on hand for those “Oh, Shoot!” holiday moments. I love companies who strive to have a positive impact in the world. One of my favorite things uncommonGoods does is give back $1 to a non-profit organization you select, each time you check out. And they’ve already given over $1,000,000!

UncommonGoods has amazing gift guides that had me drooling! Check out their women’s gift guide for that hard to shop for woman. And their men’s gift guide helped me nail down some awesome gifts for my hubby, check it out! But I needed a few gifts that could cover a variety of the people who just might gift me out of the blue.

So onto the “Oh, Shoot” gift guide so hopefully you won’t get stuck in an awkward situation this holiday season.

  1. Such a great idea to have emergency gifts on hand! I love the fortune teller tumbler and would never trust myself with those chocolate soaps lying around!
