If you’ve been a reader of the blog for awhile you might remember when I did Coolsculpting back in November of 2016, I was able to see awesome results after six weeks and beyond that but unfortunately I got into a rut, started eating awful & gained weight. So those amazing results I saw…vanished. And that’s the thing, you can’t expect to not take care of yourself at keep a flat stomach.

I had some people say “Well I thought they were permanent results”…well they are in the sense that it doesn’t just take off water weight. Fat cells are shed but the ones you have still can still expand if you aren’t taking proper care of yourself & honestly I was stopping for donuts EVERY single morning when I was in a rut, with a whole mess of other foods I usually don’t eat on a too regular of a basis & gained a bunch of weight.

When Alonah from Nuveau Plastic Surgery & Medical Asthetics emailed me to ask if I’d like the retreat the area again, I thought UM YES! Let’s do it! Alonah did my previous Coolsculpting treatments & is one of the sweetest people who really loves what she does and that completely comes through in her work.

As we went to work on a plan of action for what would be the best way to Coolsculpt my midsection, it was decided that one Coolsculpting Max (BIG OLE APPLICATOR!) & 4 of the smaller applicators would completely take care of my mid section to freeze off fat cells all over!

I’m going to let you in on a little secret, I was petrified of the large applicator…I thought “Oh, this is for sure going to hurt”…it didn’t, it actually left me wanting to burst out in a fit of laughter! I am happy to say that the applications along with the massage of the area afterwards weren’t painful at all for me.

Each application takes a hour, since my schedule has been crazy busy I split it up between two days. I’d recommend clearing out a day & getting it all done at once though so progress is all at once and not spread out. Also, since the earliest days I could find together were an entire week apart I was still tender for the first three applications I had done, so even though it wasn’t painful it was for sure uncomfortable.

If my recovery time is the same as last time, I can expect to be tender for around 10 days and then for another 2 weeks experience some numbness in the areas I has the application done to.

I’ll be posting my 6 weeks progress, along with my 12 weeks results when I have them. So be on the look out for those, along with other procedures I had done while at Nuveau Plastic Surgery & Medical Asthetics!

I received a complimentary CoolSculpting treatment. All opinions are 100% my own. I am not a medical professional, none of this should be read as medical advice.
