Y’all I just love to hide veggies in my kid’s foods & then go “SURPRISE!!!! VEGGIES!!!!”…it doesn’t really surprise my kids & I don’t actually have to sneak vegetables in, my kids actually like to eat vegetables (thank goodness!!).

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 80/20 beef
  • 2 c. cooked spaghetti squash (squeeze out all extra moisture with cheese cloth)
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine beef, spaghetti squash, garlic & onion powder until combined.
  2. Divide meat mixture into equal portions (I usually use a 1/4 c.) Shape each into a tight ball. Use hands to flatten the ball into a disc.
  3. Heat skillet or grill to medium heat. Cook burgers on the first side until a nice dark sear appears, 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side until you have a sear on the other side, 2-6 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
