When I saw this dress at my local Goodwill (River Oaks location for those local) it was the week after Marimekko collection dropped at Target. But this dress, this dress is straight up fancy! I sometimes go through the thrift racks by only touch and this one stopped me dead in my tracks. The price was a cool $9.49, I know pick your jaw up.
