I love to celebrate the little things in life, the big things are fun and obvious but all those little wins in life are just as equally worth celebrating! Kids slept through the night for the first time in months? WIN! Husband decided to wash & dry all the laundry? WIN! The grocery store has a sale on your favorite dry shampoo? TOTAL WIN! So celebrate the little things in life & you’ll be in constant happy dance mode. My husband out of the blue decided he wanted to also work on a side hustle, big win because I know it’s been in his head but he just needed to take those first steps. And he’s doing awesome, so we decided to celebrate! How? Red Lobster’s Lobsterfest, the ultimate celebration of everything lobster! It’s back & for a limited time, you can check out the largest variety of lobster dishes offered all year.

With my husband deciding to create his own online business & take a huge leap out of his comfort zone, we just had to celebrate! When I saw it was Lobsterfest at Red Lobster, I knew exactly where we would head for our special dinner.

We ordered sooo much lobster goodness because we just couldn’t pick! I ordered the Dueling Lobster Tails™ which has Maine lobster tail steamed in parchment paper with fresh herbs, tomatoes and lemon, paired with a grilled Maine lobster tail topped with shrimp, bay scallops and roasted bell peppers in a rich sherry lobster cream. And then I just couldn’t pass up the Lobster Truffle Mac & Cheese, I mean I can NEVER pass up a mac & cheese but with the addition of lobster & truffle…there was no way I wasn’t leaving without trying it. And y’all it did NOT disappoint, I could have the Lobster Truffle Mac & Cheese for every meal for a week! Talk about celebrating the little things! I didn’t order any alcohol since it was a school night we went but I was tempted because if  you ordered the Lobster Lover’s Punch it came in this cool 50th Anniversary collectible glass that you could purchase! But I did get a big ole’ glass with Chilled Lobster and Shrimp Cocktail!!!

So what’s the latest thing you celebrated? If you can’t remember, let’s start celebrating the little things & make every day a lobster kind of day!
