Ok so we are all stressing about sneaking veggies into our kids diet but we need to lead by example. New articles come out everyday stressing to us the importance of vegetables. Well hopefully you eat your veggies & your good habits will eventually rub off on the kiddos…but until then enjoy a sweet treat from Garden Lites. The chocolate muffins are over 1/3 veggies!!

  1. Go ahead, have a chocolate muffin with your morning tea or coffee! You deserve it! And maybe defrost another for the little ones, because they’ll want to have their veggies for breakfast too.
  2. Stash frozen Garden Lite chocolate muffins in your bag for an afternoon pick me up. You’ll have a tasty treat & a boost in your veggie intake for the day. Also, put one in your child’s lunchbox for a sweet surprise, they might toss those snap peas but they’ll surely gobble up this treat up.
  3. End the evening with a chocolate muffin warm from the microwave with a side of strawberries. What better combo is there than chocolate & strawberries. The kids will be THANKING you for their veggies 😉
