I’ve always been curious about spray tans, I mean I could be tan while not having to expose myself to harmful sun rays or a tanning booth? That sounded amazing! And did you know I have a huge fear of melanoma? I mean a deep rooted fear. The number one killer among skin cancer is melanoma, which will kill over 10,000 people this year. And with all we know about it the numbers continue to multiple each year. There’s no way you’re catching me out in the sun without sunscreen. So being tan isn’t an option unless I do it at home or with a spray tan…how many of y’all have disaster stories with tanning at home? Yeah, we all do. So I’ve stepped away from the tanning lotions and streaky legs.
Well, when Celia at Bronze Bar let me try out a spray tan. OH. MAN. I just didn’t know how magical it would be. Of course the first thing I thought was, ok so I have to strip down in front of a stranger? That’s what was most terrifying for me & the first thing my husband asked me about since he knows my brand of crazy. But Celia was totally professional, it’s SO quick and you’re being given directions on how to stand and move the whole time. I didn’t even have time to think about anything but what Celia was telling me to do.
